From a book to a cafe
The reason why, 6 years ago, I started making salads at my desk in the office was the lack of places where
I could eat with no worries about the ingredients and the pleasure of a tasty meal.
I’ve been dreaming of a cafe that reflects the ideas and the philosophy of natural, simple and good looking food,
that has a big impact on your health and well being and it's also fair, sustainable and local.
Now, I decided to give up my 15 years old career in graphic design and I decided to create my dream cafe.
I have found an incredible place inside Neal's Yard, Seven Dials, Covent Garden in London.
The heritage of this little yard about conscious and ethical living is perfect match for me.
What to eat here
We serve fresh and quality salad bowls of course,
as I did in all this years, but not just.
We have a lot of veggie and vegan options and an overall gluten free and refined sugar free offer.
We also serve great speciality coffee (Caravan) and
breakfast bowls from the book.
We also have plenty of beautiful sides like smoothies
crackers and cakes (from The HardiHood)
all vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free, some raw.
Where are we?
